On 28 June 2012, A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Mashhor Group of companies & TNB ILSAS for the implementation of effective career development & training programme for the locals in Brunei,

The objective of this MOU is to develop skilledful & professional    human resources in order that companies could find the necessary expertise they require & the competency gap   between the industry & academic sectors could be bridged, The scope of activities of the cooperative agreement shall include but not be limited to: 1) skilled training programme 2) self development programme; 3) job attachment programme etc
At the time of signing the MOU the director  of Mashhor Group of Companies, Malai Haji Abdul Hamid stressed its  importance &  potential benefits   saying that it will  play a vital role in the development of youth of  Brunei by making them   more  competent through various on/off the job  trainings which will certainly enhance their skills & open a window of opportunity for them  in both private & public sectors  ,He further said that such initiatives would  also  help the country in eradication of poverty & unemployment ,

Mashhor group of companies was represented by Business Development Director Malai Haji Hamir, Finance & admin Director Sharifah Hajah Mariam, Business Development Manager Haji Osman & HR manager Mohd. Hashim, on the other hand TNB ILSAS was represented by many key, elite personalities of the group… Who also said that such initive will surely   expand the horizon of opportunity in the youth of Brunei & will help the country’s localization programme,
