- Get into joint venture with USA based company Jackson Marine which later renamed by Mashhor Marine Sdn Bhd, owned two vessels Bulan Malai & Bulan Mashhor.
- Imports & Set-up owned `British Standard Scaffolds’ in 1980.
- Formation of First JV with Reym Charters of Holland in 1980.
- First local contractor to own Work Boats for Brunei Shell Marine operations (Boats Name: Bulan Mashhor and Bulan Malai) in 1981.
- Accreditation of Scaffolding with CITB UK in 1982.

- Made unrelated diversification into Dairy Business & established – HANA milk and Yoghurt in 1994.
- Petrofac & Mashhor Joint Venture (MJVI) to carry out offshore integrated maintenance works for Brunei Shell in 1994.
- JV with CLC for Offshore Painting in 1995.
- JV with Sparrow Offshore UK and Tenaga Sparrows Sdn. Bhd. for Offshore Crane maintenance services in 1996.
- JV with Global Australia & Divcon (B) Sdn. Bhd. for Diving Contract services in 1998.
- Accreditation of Scaffolding with CITB, UK in 1984 and NVQ, UK in 1999.
- The first local JV company entrusted by BSP to carry out Offshore Mtce Services A 8 year contract worth over US$300 million with Patrofac 1997.
- Establishment od Lumut Petrol Station in 1998.

2000 to 2017
- Received international Quality Awards in Safety held at Madrid, Spain.
- Executed JV with Clough Offshore, Australia for Offshore & Onshore Pipelines of Brunei Shell (EPC Contracts) in 2000.
- Establishment of Lumut Petrol Service Station in 2002.
- Awarded by ISO 9001-2008 & 1400 certification in 2003.
- MWM takes full management of Mashhor Reym Sdn Bhd. in 2004.
- Established partnership with PT INTEKARYA (IKPT) for Engineering scope in 2005.
- JV with DOF Subsea for Diving contracts in 2005.
- Diversified into Mashhor Offshore Painting (MOPS) with full scope including provision Marine vessels 2006.
- Constructed BSP STL JETTY at Muara in 2007.
- Established Insulation Services and use of Non-Metallic Cladding for Hot and Cold services using Fiber Bond Material in 2008 UK in 2008.
- Established partnership with PT GASWARA for Insulation Services in 2008.
- Signed MOU with ASTURI Metal Builders for ASME Pressure Vessels manufacturing and repair in 2012.
- Awarded ISO 14001:2004 Certification in 2012.
- Signed MOU with ILSAS KL for Technical Training Provider in 2012.
- Approved RTO (Registered Training Org) by EICF MOE for Welding and Pipe Fitting/Marker Training in 2013.
- Approved RTO by PPK for Welding, Scaffolding, Insulation Wood Craft, Steel Craft, Pipe Fitting/Marker Training in 2016.
- SCCB signed agreement, a JV between CCESCC from China & Mashhor to build Chemical plant at Pulau Muara Besar Chemical & Power Plant, Tank Farms by China Company. SCCB is 1 of the 7 Chinese sub-contractors in 2017.
- Mashhor the first to carry out Offshore Maintenance for BSP.
- Get into joint Venture with Petrofac of UK.
- Reym charters turned into Mashhor Waste Management with project value of $70m worth B$30 million
- Mashhor the first Bumiputra to carry out Offshore Maintenance Painting Contract.

2018 to 2021
- Under the first ‘Onshore Scaffolding Contract’ of BSP – EPS.
- Mashhor involvement in BMC – First Methanol Plant in Brunei.
- Mashhor Group of Companies acquired and owned two vessels Mashhor 1 & Mashhor 2, in 2018, to support MOPS Offshore painting and logistics activities in 2018.
- Acquired & Maintains DP2 Vessels (Mashhor Princess) in 2021.
